When we reach the top of the mountain, we can see all the little trips and falls were all worth it. At the time the trip and the fall was all we knew, we let the accidents become us. What next is up to you. There's always bigger obstacles. So I ask one final question: "What are you going to tell others, that you stopped after the first obstacle, or that you still climb over your fears and keep the bullshit in the bag?". Make the choice, as you always have.

Endurance
We all break at some point, the key is to be able to last as long as possible and maintain endurance even in the hardest parts of life. Find the strength to keep pushing and always know yourself. Don't become fodder for the cannons of failure. Make the choice.
Why
Why say no? You're the only one who stops the train of success. Start taking the blame for losing. Saying no is basically sayinng ,"I'm done, you win". Understand what you say no to, you may be missing out on the opportunity of a lifetime. Make the choice.
Get it out
Whatever you have to do, do it. No more saying no, quit the bullshit. You start now. Make the choice.

Keep moving
No matter what or how much you have, never be complacent. Always want more, not because you want it but because you deserve it. Get the most out of life. Stay hungry or stay satisfied with a normal living.

Don't think about it too much
AS we all know, we all make mistakes. We do things in our past life that we may wish that we could change. The fact of the matter is that we do not have time machines. My best advice is to keep on keepin' on. Don't let yesterday change what today is going to be like. Make the best out of what you've got. If you have things slowing you down, forget about them, you'll only be happier. Make the choice.

Proud
A great point to get to in life is knowing that you've done a lot with your time, that you have accomplishments. Even if the accomplishments aren't all too much, we must take responsibility for them just as much as we should for our mistakes. I'm asking that you go to bed knowing that you've made goals, no matter how big or small they are. Every single one of us has accomplished something, whether it being able to finish a quarter-pound cheeseburger or climbing Mount Everest. Be happy with who you are and what you've done. Don't get complacent and stop achieving goals, just understand you are more than you give yourself credit for. I go to bed knowing that I have done so much for my body and that I am going to be graduating high school with my AA, that's huge to me. Go about life patting yourself on the back, or stumble through trying to pick yourself up. Make the choice.
Take a break once in a while
After a while even a horse needs to take a break or it'll run itself to death. Your life cannot be all work no play, there's no point to it. I encourage you to take a day off and do things that make you happy for a while, just have a you day. Break days are just as important as work days. Don't work yourself to the point where you are worn out, you'll live longer. Take break days or be an old man at the age of 40. Make the choice.

Life is a feeling process
Aside for our own thoughts and decisions, our life is surrounded around who we are physically. By this I mean that we are mainly seen by what we physically do and how we act. To change our image to society, friends, etc. is to change the way our bodies work. Our bodies, aside for food and water, are fueled by emotions. We do the things we do to extract certain emotions from them. To really change our outlook, I ask that you prioritize what things make you happy or active or whatever image you want to appear as. To really fit into a role of being happy you have to find happiness in the things you do or find things that make you happy. The reason for anger and sadness and all the other less-enjoyed emotions is that we find anger and sadness and whatever else in the things we do. I ask that you look at things in a different perspective. Wayne Dyer once said, "Change the way you look at things, and the things you look at change". Just enjoy your life and chase after the things that you want to chase after, not what others say will make you happy. Trust your own judgement, after-all we do know ourselves best. Make the choice.

Find yourself a "buddy"
Even if you don't workout or even do anything exercise related, you still need to find someone compatible to work with. We may think we are correct 100% of the time, but the truth is that we are most definitely not. We are all humans and with that title comes the probability that we are not perfect. We should have, in fact most likely need someone in our lives to check up on us and keep us in check, whether it be a husband, wife, friend, parent, or acquaintance. Be around others that better your life, or be alone and stubborn for the rest of your life. Make the choice.

Just Do It
Take away the images of Shia Labeouf and Nike and really think down to the core of the saying. Just do it means put your balls to the wall and get it done and finished with. Why do you worry about making something happen, instead of doing it? What's the point? The chance of getting something done by just thinking about it is zero (0%). Get up, put your big boy pants on an really accomplish your dreams. Its possible and you start today. Make the choice.
Today
If you didn't wake up today as happy as you can possibly make yourself, then I challenge you to do so tomorrow. The way we wake up is one of, if not one of the most important things you do each day. The first thoughts we have each day have an effect on what we accomplish throughout those twenty-four hours. So what are you going to do tomorrow that is different from what you did today? Tomorrow is not like today and a hell-of-a lot different from yesterday. Each choice we make defines us. It is important in retrospect to see that to forge our future, we must plan out our actions ahead and think before we do. Today only has so many hours left, what are you going to do today that makes tomorrow worth changing your life for? Make the choice.

Be goofy
We can all live super interesting and totally motivated lives, but none of that even scratches the surface of mattering unless you can find some fun in it. Be a goof, be you, have fun, and don't look back. Life is way too short to be driving from the review mirror. If you drive from your review mirror, you are going to miss the most important turn-offs in your life. Look ahead, be spontaneous, and most importantly laugh. Laughter is one of the world's best anti-depressants. I know I may be all over the place on this one, but what I'm mostly saying is that to have a good life, you have to live it like there's no tomorrow. So be stuck-up and mean and angry, or be something that makes everyone want to be you. Make the choice.
Mirrors
The most dangerous place in the world is in the bathroom. not because you have dangerous and deadly prescriptions in your cabinet, but because you have mirrors. We beat ourselves up way more than we ever should, it doesn't matter if you are beautiful or ugly to society. The only thing that matters is that you are beautiful to yourself. Society's opinion of "beauty" changes so often, it is only wise to trust in yourself that you know what true beauty is. Love who you are or always try to impress those who don't matter. Make the choice.

Grit
Sure a simple Google search could solve the answer as to what grit means. Or maybe you already know what grit means. But do you really know what it means? Do you really know what it means to have grit? Grit isn't just strength of your character and you telling your friends, "Yeah bro I've got grit". Grit is something that you know when you have it. Grit is internal and something you don't need to brag about for someone to know that you have it. When you have grit, every action you make lets people know. People with grit can deal with their own problems, while those without it will always cry back to mommy. Grow up. Make the choice.
